This playful class for kids will introduce yoga in a way that they love. Through books, music, imagination, and games, children will be taught yoga poses, breathing, and meditation in a way that they understand and enjoy! These classes focus on building strength, flexibility, focus, connectedness, and compassion. Children can bring their own mat or one will be provided.
