The Parks Play, Activate, Connect Kids Program (PACK) is a free after-school recreation-based program for youth in kindergarten through 5th grade that is offered at five local community centers across the City of Raleigh. The program includes recreational games, arts, crafts, and various special activities. The program is focused on giving kids a chance to play and be active through organized activities while Wake County Public Schools is only offering remote learning for elementary-aged children. A light snack is provided daily. The schedule follows the Wake County School system’s remote learning calendar. There is no program on teacher workdays or holidays.
