Celebrate Deaf Awareness Month

Raleigh Parks is celebrating Deaf Awareness Month by hosting new, inclusive events, and adding American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters to existing events across the department. This month provides us with the opportunity to highlight the importance of providing equal access to members of our community who are Deaf, hard of hearing, or experiencing hearing loss. Our goal is to have something for everybody in Raleigh's parks.

Enjoy Deaf-Friendly Events with Raleigh Parks throughout the month of September! Additional information and registration links are provided for each event.
