Part seated, part standing. This upbeat cardio based class uses light weights for toning & sculpting the muscles & marching and kicking for cardio. Higher repetition, constant movements along with squats, lunges & abdominal workout. Full body workout. No mat/floor work. Modifications given if necessary.
