This calming, stress-relieving yoga class will stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis will be placed on building awareness of the breath and the body. This class focuses on gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses, and deep, relaxing stretches to build flexibility and strength. All levels are welcome. Please bring your own mat. Classes will be held at Abbotts Creek on Tuesdays from 6:15pm-7:15pm.
