Join us at St. Monica Teen Center for functional training for student-athletes in grades 7 through 12. Training focuses on motor skills and the development and improvement of those skills!
Clinics will involve agility, plyometric, and mobility drills and exercises to improve muscular efficiency during athletics and ordinary everyday tasks. The program includes pre- and post-individual movement assessments. Bring a water bottle and towel.
When: Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays from September 8 through October 29
Time: 4 to 5 p.m.
Attire: Athletic wear, tennis shoes or cleats
