Get ready to make fitness about self-expression, empowerment, self-love, and fun!

Generation Pound® is a youth-oriented program that fuses movement and music to improve focus, coordination, and physical fitness while building teamwork skills. Its creation was not only geared towards encouraging wellness in kids, but a movement that aims to change the concept of health and fitness for today's youth.

This workout is bound to be a hit with young 'Rockstar's' and introduces alternative ways to move, rock, play, and make noise!
