Join us at St. Monica Teen Center for functional training for student-athletes in grades 7th -12th, that focuses on motor skills and the development and improvement of those skills!
Clinics will involve agility, plyometric, and mobility drills and exercises to improve muscular efficiency during athletics or ordinary everyday task. The program includes Pre and Post Individual Movement Assessments. Bring a water bottle and towel.
When: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, beginning April 6, 4 to 5 p.m.
Attire: Athletic wear, tennis shoes or cleats
