Coming Soon! New Online Registration System for Raleigh Parks

Transition Period February 20-March 8

Raleigh Parks will launch a new online registration system on March 9, 2021! We are excited to offer a more user-friendly experience when you register for programs and classes or rentals on RecLink.

As we make this transition, RecLink will not be available for online registration or account payments from February 20-March 8, 2021. We encourage you to complete registration for upcoming programs by February 19, 2021.

All Raleigh Parks facilities will remain open and operating as usual during the transition period. Please review the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) below for details about what to expect. We will do our best to minimize the impact on your park visits during this transition and look forward to providing you with a better online experience!


Will I be able to register for programs during the transition period?  

During the transition period, RecLink will not be available for new registrations or to make payments.  If you would like to participate in a program and were unable to complete registration by February 19, contact the park facility for assistance. 

What will happen to the programs that I have already registered for? 

During the transition period, programs will operate as usual. Please contact the facility or program directly for questions. 

Will I be able to reserve a lane at one of the aquatic centers?

From February 8-16, 2021, lane reservations will be available through RecLink for all available dates, times and locations through March 14, 2021.  After February 16, you may call individual pools to inquire about available reservation times. Limited walk-in times will remain available during the transition period. Beginning March 9, 2021, online reservations for lanes must be made in the new system for all dates, times, and locations after March 14, 2021.

Will I be able to make on-site purchases during the transition period?

From March 1-8, 2021 our point of sale system will be transitioned. During this time, you will be unable to purchase items from our gift shops.

What if I have an outstanding balance on my account?  

If possible, please pay all outstanding balances by February 19, 2021. If you cannot pay your balance by that time, you will be able to make your payment on or after March 9, 2021, in the new system.  

Do I need to create an account in the new system? 

Customers that have outstanding activity on their account as of February 20, 2021 will have their account transitioned to the new system.  A notification will be sent by March 5, 2021 to the email address associated with the account.
