The Annual Action Plan (AAP) serves as an application for and guides City expenditures of federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds, as well as related local funds for the City’s fiscal year July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) provides these funds to the City to help address the needs of low- and moderate-income persons as outlined in the City’s Five Year Consolidated Plan.
A 30-day comment period on the draft AAP is from March 1 – April 1, followed by a public hearing on April 5 at the City Council meeting at 7 p.m. To sign up for comment, please visit the Public Hearings page.
