Parking and Directions
Visitors can park at the deck behind the Raleigh Municipal Building and pull a spitter ticket at the parking gates located on the ramp between the first and second level. In the Municipal building, take the elevators down to the 2nd floor and head to the Council Chamber. Outside of the Chamber doors, there is a small validation kiosk. Just scan the barcode on the spitter ticket and the system will validate the parking. Upon leaving the deck, the gate should automatically rise; if not, just scan the barcode and the gate will open.
