Dix Edge Area Study

City Council has authorized staff to file a petition to rezone city-owned property near Eliza Pool Park for the purpose of developing affordable housing. The first neighborhood meeting took place on March 8. The next steps are the filing and staff review. There will be a second neighborhood meeting, planning commission, and city council review.
