Qualifying Conditions Next Steps
Swimming pools that are filled one time between the months of March and October may qualify for an adjustment.
The waste water consumption charges will be adjusted to the monthly average. Date of the pool filling must be included in the Leak Adjustment Request.
Community pools are excluded from this adjustment.
One pool filling done between the months of March and October will qualify for an adjustment once per calendar year.
No adjustment will be granted when ANY of the following conditions exist:
- Community pools are not eligible for this adjustment.
- A swimming pool adjustment was issued within the same calendar year for the same premise.

If you meet the qualifying conditions, submit your request for adjustment to the Customer Care and Billing Division using any of the methods below:

After all documentation has been received by the Customer Care and Billing Division, your request will be reviewed and a determination made within 7-10 business days.
While your adjustment request is being processed, you are responsible for payment of the entire amount due on your utility bills within the normal payment period. Contact customer service if you need to set up a payment plan.
