The Triangle Heart Walk is back!
Support the fight against heart disease by joining American Heart Association (AHA) and Raleigh Parks on Sunday, October 10, 2021, for the Triangle Heart Walk, a walk where you live event. The 1-mile to 3-mile walk is part of the AHA’s healthy heart challenge initiative, which aims to promote physical activity and honor those impacted by heart disease in communities all over the Triangle.
You can participate in the Triangle Heart Walk in two ways. You can either walk wherever and whenever you like by visiting Heart Walk Pop-Up start lines around the Triangle or you can walk at a Raleigh Parks location.
Raleigh Parks will host two pop-up start line locations, one at Worthdale Park and another at Shelley Lake Loop. Participants can register to walk at either park anytime between 12 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 10, 2021. At both locations, we encourage social distancing and face coverings. The Triangle Heart Walk is open to everyone, including individuals, families, local companies, and community groups.
Visit www.triangleheartwalk.org for more information about the event.
