Join FIT4MOM for a community Stroller Strides class! This 60-minute class is for moms with their littles in strollers and includes intervals of cardio, strength and core conditioning, and a whole lot of fun for the babies too! All fitness levels welcome - including expecting moms with their OB/Midwife's approval to exercise. Plan to stay, play & picnic at the park with us after class!
This program is drop-in and doesn't require pre-registration.
