The market features vendors selling fresh, seasonal goods as well as original, high-quality crafts. Fruits, vegetables, meats, seafood, eggs, dairy, artisanal goods, pastries and much more can all be found at the market. All vendors operate within 90 miles of Raleigh.
The Market is managed by Downtown Raleigh Alliance and the City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Department.
SNAP Double Bucks Program
To foster an inclusive shopping experience that welcomes everyone to downtown, Moore Square Market is proud to accept SNAP. Moore Square Market's Double Bucks Program provides matching dollars up to $10 per market visit. Purchase SNAP tokens at the information booth to use for any market purchases. The initiative, sponsored by Blue Cross NC, provides matching “Double Bucks” incentives to low-income shoppers and is part of the company’s commitment to addressing food security in North Carolina by increasing access to healthy and nutritious local food.
Brunch Moore Market
New this year, Moore Square Market will expand every second Sunday to include the Brunch Moore Market presented by Raleigh Night Market. The expanded market will feature craft vendors, live music, and several food trucks in addition to the local farmers and makers from Moore Square Market.
Moore Square Market is committed to providing a positive experience to all shoppers. The market is hosted on a smooth 30-foot wide sidewalk with curb cuts, shade, and seating. The park also features accessible drinking fountains and restrooms.
Accessible parking spaces can be found around Moore Square on Blount, Hargett, Martin, and Person Streets.
If you are in need of any special accommodations while shopping at the market, please contact David Moore at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (919) 821-6982.
