Applicants must attend one workshop
The City of Raleigh Community Enhancement Grant program awards funds annually through this competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) process. The grant program funds public services that support neighborhood improvements or innovative services for low- and moderate-income persons and neighborhoods. No program will be awarded funds more than two years in a row. Because federal funds are used, agencies must demonstrate the capacity to meet federal documentation requirements if awarded a grant.
The City of Raleigh Community Enhancement Grant Request for Proposals (RFP) for the program year beginning July 1, 2019 is now available. Only applications from nonprofits with 501c3 designation from the federal Internal Review Service (IRS) will be reviewed.
