The Dec. 1, 2020, Public Open House has been canceled due to the increased Covid-19 related restrictions on gathering announced by the Governor on Monday, Nov. 23.
New opportunities will be provided to ensure community input is still possible and allow for the project to stay on schedule.
- Presentation boards on display at John Chavis Memorial Park Community Center with comment cards to collect community feedback from Dec. 1 – 11 during center operation hours.
- The presentation boards will be uploaded for virtual access and public comment. Feedback options include written comments and voicemail.
- A pre-recorded presentation describing the work done to date will also be uploaded to the project page.
