A virtual public hearing related to the one-year Annual Action Plan (AAP) for 2022-2023 will be held during the Raleigh City Council evening meeting on December 7 after 7 p.m. This is an opportunity for residents to share their thoughts on the City’s housing and community development needs and the City’s past performance in addressing them.
The Annual Action Plan guides City expenditures of federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds, as well as related local funds. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) provides funds to the City to help it address the needs of low- and moderate-income persons.
Sign up to speak at the December 7 meeting by visiting the Public Hearings for City Council page.
