Child Care and Learning Resources
Wake County Smart Start (WCSS) is a nonprofit agency that works to ensure young children are prepared for Kindergarten and life ahead. They fund programs that build strong families, encourage healthy development, and ensure access to high quality learning.
During the COVID-19 crisis, WCSS serves as a hub for early childhood specific resources, both for families and for child care providers. You’ll find early learning resources for at-home activities and specific guidance for child care providers who are either open for business or navigating temporary closure issues.
