Water and Sewer Bill Assistance:

Raleigh Water customers who need help paying their utility bills due to the COVID-19 pandemic may qualify and apply for financial aid through WakeHELPS. For more information call 919-212-0476 or view the Frequently Asked Questions Guide.

Ask questions about your Raleigh Water bill, make payments, set up billing options, start and stop services, schedule special services, and more by calling our Customer Care Center staff during normal business hours or use our online system. You can also report water or sewer emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 919-996-3245. 

Please note charges and fees for water, sewer, recycling, solid waste and stormwater services are consolidated and billed monthly, then distributed to customers electronically or by mail. Some municipalities in Raleigh Water’s service area bill customers separately for recycling, solid waste and stormwater.
