Town of Wendell Completes Utility Merger with City of Raleigh.

Raleigh Water uses a tiered-rate structure for billing single family residential customers. Single family residential customers should expect a decrease in their utility bill starting May 2021. Impact on other customers will vary depending on the meter size and amount of monthly consumption. Rates are effective until June 30th, 2021.

Residential Rate Calculators

Effective May 1, 2021:
Residential rates will be tiered and watershed protection will apply.
ICL 2020 Rates – Inside City Limits
OCL 2020 Rates – Outside City Limits

Non-Residential Rate Calculators

Effective May 1, 2021:
Non-residential rates will have base rates based on meter size. Non-residential includes multi-family, industrial, institutional, commercial.
Commercial ICL – Inside City Limits
Commercial OCL – Outside City Limits
