Planning

Conceptual level planning for the stormwater improvements has been complete and discussed with the impacted homeowners.

Project Goals

The goal of this project is to address the undersized and insufficient inlet that is causing yard and street flooding at Summerton Drive properties.

Project Surveying

The City’s Transportation Field Services crews will perform surveying and inspection of the existing pipes.

Design

The City will extend the 30-inch drainage pipe further upstream and install an inlet and headwall to more efficiently capture the upstream flows while allowing smaller debris to pass through the system.
