Minimum Requirements: 1 year of experience in gardening and general landscape maintenance. Associates Degree or equivalent. Valid NC Driver's License. Valid NC Pesticide Applicators License or the ability to obtain.
Position Duties: Supervises and participates in the maintenance of flowers, shrubs, hedges and ornamental plants; selects types and determines times and methods for planting, fertilizing, pruning and other activities. Involved in turf maintenance; sprays to control weeds per department pesticide management policy. Participates in emergency storm response.
