Mission Statement
The City of Raleigh exists to serve all of its citizens. To this end, every effort will be made to be inclusive of Latin American citizens. We will seek to partner with all local government entities, state and county, and if need be Federal Agencies, to ensure that all services available are accessible.
- To actively seek out members of the Latin American community in an effort to facilitate their integration into our culture through City sponsored community initiatives and community-based initiatives.
- Provide comprehensive information as to the availability of human services in conjunction with the Wake County Human Services Department and other appropriate agencies.
- Network with other public and private entities to identify available community resources and services to enhance quality of life.
- Orientate Latin American citizens to City ordinances and the enforcement of the same.
- Promote quality neighborhood improvement through citizens participation and civic leadership
- Serve as a referral agency for quality of life issues both government and non government
- Encourage the respect and interfacing of all ethnic groups in our City.

La Ciudad de Raleigh existe para servir a todos sus ciudadanos. Para este fin, todo esfuerzo se hara extensivo a ciudadanos Latinoamericanos. Buscaremos relacionarnos con entidades gubernamentales locales, municipales, estatales y si se requiriese, con agencias federales para asegurar que todos los servicios disponibles sean igualmente accesibles.
1) De manera activa buscar miembros de la comunidad Latinoamericana esforzandonos en facilitar su integracion dentro de nuestra cultura a traves de iniciativas comunitarias patrocinadas por la Ciudad e iniciativas propuestas por la comunidad.
2) Proveer amplia informacion por cuanto a la disponibilidad de servicios humanos en relacion con el Departamento de Servicios Humanos del Condado de Wake y otras agencias que sean convenientes.
3) Establecer contactos con otras entidades publicas y privadas para identificar recursos comunitarios y servicios disponibles enfocados en realzar la calidad de vida.
4) Orientar a los ciudadanos Latinoamericanos respecto a las leyes de la Ciudad y la aplicación de las mismas.
5) Promover un mejoramiento vecinal de calidad a traves de la participacion y liderazgo civico de los ciudadanos
6) Servir como referente de agencias publicas y privadas en relacion con cuestiones de la calidad de vida.
7) Estimular el respeto e interaccion de todos los grupos etnicos de nuestra Ciudad
