Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources and the Raleigh Solid Waste Services Department put forth a team effort to prepare Moore Square for springtime visitors. Staff worked several days to lay fresh mulch throughout the entire park. The product was sourced from the Raleigh Yard Waste Center, a division of Raleigh Solid Waste Services. These and other products are available to all residents and businesses.
