What to do if damage has occurred in the public right-of-way.
It is possible during construction for damage to occur in the public right-of-way. When this happens, it is important to notify the correct group of people so the issue can be address correctly and as soon as possible.
Who Do I Contact if Damage Has Been Done to My Property?
Your first point of contact should always be the company that performed the work if the damage occurred on private property. If you and the company cannot come to a resolution a right-of-way inspection coordinator can be contacted to assist only as a liaison.
