Meet Tierney Sneeringer, Cultural Outreach and Enrichment Manager with Raleigh Parks

There are thousands of employees that keep the City running each day. The video series, “This is What I Do,” highlights some of the unsung heroes who often work behind the scenes in critical functions to serve our community.

Our most recent episode features Tierney Sneeringer, a Cultural Outreach and Enrichment Manager with Raleigh Parks. In this role, Tierney teaches English language and sewing classes. She also organizes special events like the Children’s Day celebration and the dental bus which provides free dental care to uninsured residents. 

Tierney loves her job because she enjoys meeting new people and connecting them to services that enhance their lives. She also says that working for Raleigh Parks is just a lot of fun!
